Using Chainsaw to view logs over ssh on Linux

Hi,

I am trying to get chainsaw to view remote logs via ssh on Linux.

I have followed the instructions to install the VFSLogFilePatternReceiver, but when I try to access the remote file I get (as others have before me!):

file not available - will try again in 10 seconds

This continues to loop.

My url is formed like this example:
sftp://myusername:mypassw...@myhost.com/path/to/file/file.txt

And the url works from the command line (it does download the file).

I can confirm I have added these jars to my plugins folder:

commons-logging
commons-vfs
jakarta-oro
jsch
log4j-chainsaw-vfs

Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?

TIA

Vik
