[lost-world] Third season?

So what's the status with the third season of The Lost World?  Last
I heard, it had been saved and would be back for a third season.  But
with the syndication of seasons one and two on TNT, will the first run
third season episodes be there as well or will they stay in their
normal syndication on local networks?  Does anyone have the scoop?

And when exactly will the show be back?  Any changes in store?
