Hi,
I just uploaded to ftp://ftp.sylvan.com/incoming :
        lyx-1.1.3-1.i386.rpm.RH51.rpm
        tetex-lyx-1.1.3-1.i386.rpm.RH51.rpm
and their exact copies :
        lyx-1.1.3-1.i386.rpm.RH51.rpm.copy
        tetex-lyx-1.1.3-1.i386.rpm.RH51.rpm.copy
(Please make a binary compare between them and in case they are different
inform me).
These rpms were created on a RedHat 5.1 system with standard egcs-1.0.2,
so they should work on all RedHat 5.x systems.
They don't work on a RedHat 6.1 system (segmentation fault), thus, most
probably, they don't work on any RedHat 6.x system.
The lyx contains an annoying feature. I get tons of messages :
        enter process
        finished variables
        normalkey (deadkey)
per every key that I press. They seem to come from the Trans::process
function (src/trans.C). How can I get rid of it ?
I have also noted that lyx cannot display German "SS". I get in the lyx
window "\ss{}" instead of the proper character (I'm using the
european.kbd).
Thanks in advance,
Jacek.
