I am not much of a C++ programmer in this respect.
I also found JMarc's commit at 91b38516 which referenced https://www.ics.com/designpatterns/book/ but perhaps he just came across that URL when searching.
Indeed AFAIR I found it on the relevant stackexchange thread google pointed me to.
