Hi,

In the Lyx Tutorial dated 5 January 2012, the words "care of" in the first
sentence of Section 3.4.3 have been combined and require a space between
them.

Hope this is of help to you.

I also have a question: following the instructions in the tutorial, the
section and page numbers do not print in the cross-reference "source" area.
The label and x-ref insert look right. I've done updates using both DVI and
PDF and tried different formats to no avail. I'm obviously missing
something, and probably something simple at that; do you have any
suggestions?
