Thanks for reporting this. It would be nice to find the correct link and
change the docs before release.
The link towards SP811/sec11.html *is* the correct link now.
There is a pdf version of the whole SP811 manual, but the so-called chapter 11
(in fact pages v-vi of the Preface) seems to be the new version of the checklist.
