I was doing some document in LyX 1.6 (Ubuntu) and when I printed it the text was blurry, even if it was looking good on XPDF. Also, I had an EPS plot (made in Inkscape) in the document and the font in the printed version was bold instead of plain. The formulas were printed alright. The weird thing is that if I exported the document to PDF and opened it with Adobe Reader, the printed version was perfect.
