Mail list owner:
Since last week, every post I send to the mail list results in my receving
the following message and one other. That one's not yet appeared for my
latest posting.
Looking at the web site did not show me who is the assigned owner of the
mail list so I am forwarding it to the list with apologies to everyone else.
