In Tools>  Preferences>  Edit>  Shortcuts, I have defined the following
bindings:

Alt + L E: language english
Alt + L A: language german
Alt + L D: language ngerman
Alt + L F: language french

You can either change the language of a phrase by marking it and using one of
the key bindings, or just hit the key binding and type on in the new language.
