With this email, I'm closing down the old lists served on Maclaunch and 
going completely with Google Groups. If you haven't already subscribed 
to the new list, instructions are in the list FAQ. If you are unable to 
subscribe, please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask to be added 
manually (and be sure to mention which list - we run almost 30!).
