You should talk to the developers of Eudora. Clicking links for http
links in Mail.app and Entourage works great for me in IE 5.1. I'm not
sure what they are doing differently when you option-click links.

Subject: IE 5.1.2 opening URLs from Eudora in OS X?

I've got a problem opening URLs from Eudora on both our machines (G4
Cube and new iBook). We're running OS X 10.1, Eudora 5.1b16 and
Internet Explorer 5.1.2 (3707). I've option-clicked a URL in Eudora
(so I can tell it which web browser to send URLs to), and selected
Internet Explorer. If I click a URL in Eudora, IE comes to the front,
but the URL does not load.

If I set up Netscape Communicator 4.78 to handle URLs in Eudora, it
works fine, so this looks like an IE problem, not a Eudora problem.

I'm stumped. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how did you fix
it?

Thanks,

Kevin Horton
