Reproducable IE 5.1.2 bug

This one should be easy to fix. It's basically the title bar string 
contents replicating like rabbits.

Visit an image url, such as:

        http://wildtofu.com/images/tofuguy-144.gif

The IE title bar will display the name of the image along with its 
dimensions:

        "tofuguy-144.gif 144x142 pixels"

Go to any other URL. Hit back. The title bar will now display the name 
of the image, and the dimensions -- twice:

        "tofuguy-144.gif 144x142 pixels 144x142 pixels"

Hit Forward, then Back again, and you get this:

        "tofuguy-144.gif 144x142 pixels 144x142 pixels 144x142 pixels"
