Public bug reported:
In the IMailingList interface, there is an "administrative" attribute which is
said to control "administrivia" checks. But apparently, in the model and in the
code, this attribute is called "administrivia", as in Mailman 2.1.
Unless I'm missing something, the interface attribute should be renamed.
