Marking invalid because of its age and because this was apparently a
Python library problem which has probably been resolved.
Note that this error was due to /usr/local/mailman/scripts/driver
importing StampedLogger which in turn is unable to import time. If
python cannot import time, something is seriously wrong and there is
little if anything in Mailman that will not throw this same exception.
