We usually assume the defaults are safe and just proceed with them...
Currently `DEFAULT_SUBSCRIBE_OR_INVITE` is set to `No` which is very offensive!
With such setting, we end up adding people to our lists without their
consensus.
Please consider changing the distributed setting for
`DEFAULT_SUBSCRIBE_OR_INVITE` from `No` to `Yes`.
