Hi Mark, Thank you for your email. It looks like it was sent but it went into everyone's spam/junk folder. It was very odd as her email address has not had issues posting before. I will go through and check her email settings, to be sure.

Possibilities include the message is still in the out queue indicating an issue with OutgoingRunner or the message is in the shunt queue in which case there will be an exception and traceback logged in Mailman's error log.
