Public bug reported:
Our company uses Mailman, starting last week, emails that are sent to a mailing
list are displaying coding such as =E2=80=99t or =20, instead of the actual
characters. If the same email is sent directly to an email account, this issue
does not occur. Similarly, if an email with an attachment is sent, the entire
body of the email is just displaying coding. This may only be happening when
the email is sent via a phone.
Looking at the server change loge, the following updates for mailman were done
right before the issue started happening.
Fixed case HB-8199: Update Mailman to version 2.2.0.14-1.
Fixed case HB-8223: Fix Mailman config file ownership after a hostname change.
** Affects: mailman
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
