[Mailman-Users] Duplicate copies

Hi
 
Am using mailman for 6 months now, no issues
 
recently for last 3 weeks, messages are being sent two time to list members
 
Is there any place i can look to figure this out
 
if i send a email to list , 2 copies same mail go, and if one replies, 2 copies 
come in my inbox
 
please advise if any one noticed this behaviour
