In Maestro you can convert ordinary groups to base layers groups with a single click of a button (the one to the far right in the Layers section of your map. If your layers are not in a group, put them in a group and click the button. Next go to Base Layer Groups and add som Finite Display Scales for the tiled map. Finally use MGCooker (the button with the globe) to generate the tiles.
