As far as I know, the book was only published in Italian. This is the
complete reference:

   Carlo Botteghi, Parisina (Il dramma musicale di Gabriele D'Annunzio
   e Pietro Mascagni), Casa Editrice Il Gabbiano, Livorno 1997, 322
   pages (in Italian)

I got my copy directly from the author. The book is probably not
widely distributed.
