I just found this auction on eBay:

It is sold as "a very rare autograph", and bidding starts at $300. The problem is that it is not a real signature: it is a printed facsimile! I know for sure because I have the exact same score. A similar signature appears on the score for "Cavalleria Rusticana" and "I Rantzau":

While such scores are worth some money, they are certainly not worth the asked price without a real autograph. I contacted the seller to inform him of the mistake (and I hope he corrects the information), but be sure to double check when people offer you "very rare autographs".
