dir listing dir_cgi

hello!

I use dir_cgi to list a directory with downloadable files on my server. 
I want to include a little bit information "above" the dir listing, like 
it's possible with apache's README, where you could include some html to 
be displayed. Or could I include the dirlisting into a html page???
