The National Gallery of Art is hiring! We have just announced an opening for a 
content producer to join our Gallery website department.  This is a permanent, 
full–time position.

The website department is responsible for creating, managing, and enhancing the 
Gallery's public facing digital media solutions including websites, mobile 
applications, and in-gallery installations. The content producer will support 
departmental and Gallery staff with a variety of digital media activities 
including creating and updating digital content for the Gallery’s website and 
other digital properties. Additionally the content producer will be responsible 
for tracking and organizing web job form requests and coordinating production 
activities with clients and department staff. The producer will also provide 
assistance to the department head with a variety of administrative functions, 
such as creating reports, preparing presentations, and scheduling.

The successful candidate will have strong skills in the principles, methods, 
practices, and techniques of electronic communication and Web design. 
Exceptional customer service skills are a must. At least one year of 
specialized experience,  creating and updating digital content for a website 
that regularly receives at least 500,000 monthly page views is required.
