As I wrote before, it was a typo in the glx.h file.  I hadn't recompiled
GLUT so didn't notice the problem.

I added this extension yesterday, though it has no effect in stand-alone
Mesa.  I added it since I do plan to support it in the DRI Mesa/GLX code.
