dear All,

saya ada 2 pertanyaan yang membuat saya penasaran :

1. dalam include file CSS ada 2 metode, link dan import, apa sih bedanya 
? contohnya seperti ini :

<link href="nsstyle.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<style type="text/css">
<!--
      @import url("nsstyle.css");
-->
</style>

2. dalam beberapa file css yang pernah saya baca,  ada beberapa yang 
mendeklarasikan font size dengan persen, apa sih bedanya kalo kita 
mendefinisikan dengan menggunkan pixel ?
