This is a fulltime position, located in Jakarta. Starting from around December 2007 and/or January 2008. We offer a 3 months probation time, and then an upgrade to permanent or one year contract. For company profile, please see http://www.ten-ants.com and http://www.ten-ants.nl Job description: + Developing database driven Flash for various web applications + Ensuring quality and usability of the user interface + Proactively suggest strategic improvement in our quality of work + Proactively recommend architecture and product/service improvement and suggest new development practices + Stay up-to-date with latest trends in Internet and web development Requirement: + Min 2 years experience with Flash + Forte in Actionscript and XML (DB driven application in flash) + Knowledge in Web usability and cross-browser compatibility + A taste of web 2.0 principal and best practices + Prev experience with Open Source CMS such as Joomla! and Drupal is highly desired. (but not compulsory, as long as they're willing to learn) + Exposure with Ajax will be an advantage. Soft skills: + Enterpreneurial, innovative + Converse comfortably english. (no compromise). Daily verbal english encounter will be needed. + Passion in leading edge web technologies. + Willing to travel and be stationed in The Netherlands for short to medium period (2 to 8 weeks). + Excellent team player.
