Bagus kalau mengerti semacam CodeIgniter, Smarty, CakePHP. Kalau bisa, sudah ngerti javascript juga, semisal AJAX, Ext.js semacam itulah. Kalau bisa juga, mengerti HTML dan CSS, itu lebih canggih. Team player, serius dalam kerja, kreatif, inovatif, punya inisiatif sendiri. Hardworking person, especially in deadlines. Umur dibawah 30 tahun. We are not that old.
