LEAD PROGRAMMER - JAVA JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead in the architecture, design and development of applications Lead a group of junior developers in software development projects Participate in user requirement study, application tuning, testing and deployment REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Hands-on experience in developing large-scale high performance applications 3+ years solid experience in application development Experience in object-oriented analysis and design, database management, data structure, computer networking, and object-oriented programming. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with little supervision. Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively Highly motivated, strong software design and debugging skills. Must be a team player, and work well with others. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills COMPUTER SKILLS: Java experience required. SQL experience required (MSSQL, Oracle). ASP or JSP, HTML, JavaScript experience required. Experience with Eclipse IDE a is plus. Experience with UML Modeling Tool is a plus. Experience in Web Services development using Java/XML/SOAP/WSDL is a plus.
