I've been following IronJS with some enthusiasm... runs fast, but incomplete. 
  Hoping to see some EcmaScript5 and E4X love out there at some point... E4X 
in a DLR based JS would be incredibly awesome...

There's also a few non-DLR entries in the .Net space, but I'd prefer DLR myself.
