[Mono-list] FastCGI Nginx web page update

Hi folks, I have noticed that page about running mono stuff on Nginx
webserver on mono project website (http://www.mono-project.com/FastCGI_Nginx)
is kinda obsolete so if there is someone who maintains the website he can
update it based on my blog post about Running Mono ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC
web applications on Nginx (http://tomi.developmententity.sk/Blog/Post/1) and
Linux startup script for mono FastCGI server (
http://tomi.developmententity.sk/Blog/Post/2) which is related to Nginx. I
don't care about the credit you can just copy and paste it if you want.
