Ondrej,
I normally use TPSDig. I digitize curves to get semilandmarks, then I go
in the tps file and delete CURVES=x (x being whatever the number of
curves you have), POINTS=x and I correct LM=y (with y being x+ the
number of landmarks).
Good luck
Thomas

Dear morphometricians,
I have a short question - what software is preferable for an
acquisition and processing of semi-landmarks (in 2D)?
Best regards
Ondrej Mikula
