Hi Jeana!

I agree with Kelly. Cathy Toll's book is a great resource that truly breaks 
down the role and definition of a literacy coach. It offers suggestions for the 
coach as well as a planning schedule. It is a great book and I highly recommend 
reading it before implementing the position in your school district.
