Hi Karen,

one of the things that scrolls and textmapping are particularly good
for.  They make the content much more concrete (to William's point) and
provide a much wider range of sensory access.  I've had quite a bit of
interest from remedial and developmental reading programs at community
colleges.  It might be a good fit for him.  The method is simple,
low-tech, inexpensive, and surprisingly powerful.
