[MOSAIC] comprehension strategy continuum

Hi all,

Has anyone developed or come across a continuum for comprehension strategies?  
My colleagues and I have discussed wanting info at our fingertips that would 
help us to help those further along in their skills.  Be able to help them take 
it to the next level.  We're not always sure what the next level should look 
like.
