Around 11:30 today while driving north on MN 23 between Brook Park and I-35, I saw a bird fly across the highway in front of me and I noted it had black wings with conspicuous flashes of white in the wings. Hwy 23 was too busy for me to stop and I was with the non-birding family besides, so I couldn't investigate. I just thought I'd put this out there in case anyone is able to follow up on this. My best guess is that I was 3-5 miles from the interstate.
