Dear MPB User Community,

I have spent several days building mpb, h5utils, vis5d-5.2 and all of
the supporting libraries. The code mpb seems to work well as do
mpb-data, h5topng, h5info, etc.

However, when I attempt to visualize the data set for the "Diamond"
example problem described in the Data Analysis Tutorial, the maximum and
minimum values reported by v5dinfo are ALL zero. The geometry appears in
the vis5d window, but the contour levels are all zero. I have visualized
the example file "hole.v5d" without any difficulty, so Vis5d appears to
work properly.

I am wondering if there may be a bug in h5tov5d or perhaps an error in
my build. I am using a Redhat Enterprise 5 system. If anyone has
encountered this problem, any suggestions to overcome it will be
appreciated.
