Build scripts can be called in MSEide by 'Options'-'Make'-'Command
before'/'Command after', the output is in 'Messages' window. Tool scripts can
be added to 'Project'-'Options'-'Tools'.
If you like to start a script like a compiled program set it
in 'Project'-'Options'-'Debugger'-'Run command'.
Currently there is no syntax definition file for shell scripts AFAIK.
