OK, I re-downloaded libx11-dev_1.6.2-3_armhf.deb with the laptop.

Before all, I checked what is in the package.

In /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/ there is a symlink libX11.so >> libX11.so.6.3.0

OK, that seems ok.

Installed off-line the new libx11-dev_1.6.2-3_armhf.deb on Rpi.

This one, ok, compile + link ok.

PS: Huh, lidX11.so.6 >> libX11.so.6.3.0.

So, maybe, libx11-dev is only needed for the headers in /usr/include/X11 (but 
it is C headers).
