It references "you can find mifmaker.cmd file here", which points to http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jnelson/mifMaker.txt --which isn't there anymore. I've already asked John Nelson if he has a copy buried in his archives somewhere, and he can't find it. Anyone happened to have kept of a copy of that file?
