I ran into the same issue that you're experiencing. I could never find the mini cab file it required. I ended up going back to the scrub files and had to use logic in my script to detect which version of Office they had and run the appropriate scrub vbs. When I try and run their suggestion with the new Office removal o15-ctrremove.diagcab, the log file says it is looking for a mini.diagcab (which is what their sample shows too).
