Should multiple application deployments wait for the content of all deployments to be downloaded before installing any application?
I thought applications would only wait for its own content and then start installing, and other deployment content would download in the background and simply and join a queue to install when their content was downloaded. Software updates wait for all content to be downloaded before installing each update, but I didn't think applications worked like this, but this is what we are seeing. Can anyone confirm if this is correct behaviour for applications?
