Reserve a page in the primary mapper (details are in the DOS2 docs).
Load in that page, then LDIR to the other mapper.

DOS2 doesn't. DOS1 does. It can even load directly into ESE-SCC.

Maybe it was a bad decision, but it's not an error. But I wonder what the
motivation for it was...
