I too am very interested in stemersa for Arabic, and am es@.interested in
work on Arabc transliteration/transcription. As I haven't found any systems
for transcribing (as opposed to transliterating) to/from unvoweled Arabic,
we will probably develop it on our own.

BTW, we are specialitsts in CJK computational lexicography and dictionary
