There's still time to submit! You won't want to miss
the fun and excitement at AMTA 2004... Imagine visiting
a foreign country with only an automated translation system
to help you navigate. This fantasy will come to life for a
few lucky participants in our MT scavenger hunt. See how the
contestants fare with the tools they are issued!
Please note the following updated information concerning
submissions to the AMTA 2004 conference:
1) Submission deadline has been postponed from April 23 to April 30
for most submission types.
2) Formatting information: It is likely that we will again
have Springer publish the proceedings. The
format will not be enforced for submissions at this stage,
though authors are encouraged to adopt the guidelines
for submission, and the additional week should allow
ample time to do so. Information on the formatting guidelines
are available on the Springer website:

3) The following types of submissions are now due on April 30th:

* Papers on MT evolution: to Laurie Gerber <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
* Proposals for Round-Table/panel sessions: to Laurie Gerber <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
* Tutorial and Workshop proposals: to Mike Dillinger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
4) The deadline for user studies is later to allow
users to complete corporate approval procedures.
