[Mt-list] new edition of the Compendiumof translation software

The latest (10th) edition of the "Compendium of translation software" is now
available on the EAMT website (http://www.eamt.org/compendium.html). As
before there are a number of changes from the preceding edition. If you are
not sure whether a particular system has a new version or has added new
language pairs -- or has ceased to exist! -- it is worth checking the
Compendium.

As always, if you spot any inaccuracies, bad hyperlinks, omissions,etc.
please contact me or one of the other compilers.
