Not sure whether you want one that you can host locally and play with,
or whether an online interface allowing you to ask queries will do.  If
the latter is what you want, you could have a look at:
http://corpus.leeds.ac.uk/

You can register for free (for research purposes) and access several
tagged EN corpora.

You could also try looking through the Corpora List archives at:
http://torvald.aksis.uib.no/corpora/
