[Mt-list] Final reminder: MT08 registration deadline

MT folks,

This is the final reminder for the registration deadline, January 10 
2008, for NIST Open MT08.

Currently 36 sites are registered.  After today, all MT08 evaluation 
discussion will be moved to an MT08-specific e-mail list.
