[MT-List] introduction and query

Dear all,

I would like to introduce myself as a graduate student at Nara institute of science 
and technology in japan.
My study and research are related to Cross Language Information Retrieval,  especially 
to develop a query translator using arabic, french , english and japanese languages.

I would like to integrate some bilingual  tools to our system such as :
- A bilingual dictionary (machine readable dictionary) for french<-> english
-A stemmer (a part of  a morphological analyser) for french
- A stemmer for english
- a bilingual dictionay for arabic<->english
- A stemmer  (morphological analysis)  for  arabic words

I would like to ask for some advices about availabe  stemmers and bilingual 
dictionaries for such languages (english, french, arabic) available on the web, to use 
and integrate in a program, for the purpose
of reseach and study.
