Well, you corporate guys don't have to worry. Microsoft (er Tom) told me they are keeping ILS compatibility just for corporate users. Everyone else they'd like to move over to MSN. As for scalability, well, a million people have downloaded the MSN client and it hasn't been down yet while I've been on.
