First - Why is this done "prematurely"? Is the webboard going to have any
added features? <nifty!>

Second - What do you mean by "conversation such as these"? Is that board
going to be restricted (by moderators) to talk about new handlers and
requests?

Also, I'd like to know who on the NCDev list (the poeple I'm now
addressing) will be going there? Hello? Anyone? After all, that's the whole
point of the exercise, isn't it?
Anyway - how many handler writers are on this list? It would be interesting
to know... <g>
